This plan is great for any fitness level as it offers top notch coaching and ongoing support as well as guidelines for plate building (including macronutrient breakdown and custom vegan meal plans if you choose this option for an additional cost).  All of my online coaching packages offer unlimited text messaging with me via WhatsApp, alternative exercises for home or gym and adjustments as necessary, and consistent support.  A 90 days customized workout program will be designed for you based on your workout location/equipment available (gym/home or both) and frequency of training. First workout session will be performed via online Video chat if you wish. This is to assess your form and make any form corrections. Or you may submit any videos of you performing any exercise so that I can assess your form.

After the initial session, you’ll be training on your own but you’ll have my support throughout the program via WhatsApp Chat. This plan includes an initial 30 minute coaching call (your choice of voice/video) with Neesha and ongoing calls ONCE per month to check-in on progress and adjust training/nutrition as necessary to ensure optimal results from your plan.

Your Commitment to the Program: My coaching program is designed for 90 consecutive days. I do understand that life happens, and I’m happy to offer an additional 2-week buffer for any sickness or unforeseen circumstances.I need your commitment, willingness to change, and openness to taking constructive criticism from me regarding your lifestyle and nutrition habits. I’m here to guide you, but I need your full commitment to the program and your willingness to listen.

This Plan will include:

  1. Initial Assessment: A thorough assessment of your current health status, fitness level, lifestyle habits, goals, challenges, and preferences.
  2. Goal Setting: Establish clear, realistic, and measurable short-term and long-term goals. Ensure that these goals are specific, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
  3. Personalized Programming: Develop a tailored program that addresses your individual needs, preferences, and goals. This may include customized workout routines, nutrition plans, lifestyle modifications, and behavior change strategies.
  4. Regular Progress Monitoring: This plan will include regular check-ins, progress assessments, measurements, and evaluations to ensure accountability and motivation.
  5. Education and Resources: This plan will support you with relevant educational materials, resources, and tools to empower you with knowledge and skills for sustainable behavior change. This may include articles, videos, meal plans, exercise demonstrations, and educational sessions.
  6. Support and Accountability: This plan offers ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to help you stay on track and overcome obstacles. Regular communication channels, such as calls, emails, or text messaging will facilitate accountability and provide opportunities for guidance and feedback.
  7. Behavioral Coaching: This coaching program will incorporate behavior change techniques and coaching strategies to help you develop positive habits, overcome barriers, and sustain healthy lifestyle changes. This may involve goal-setting strategies, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices.
  8. Flexibility and Adaptability: This plan is extremely flexible and adaptable in adjusting the program based on your progress, feedback, and changing needs. Continuously assess and refine the program to optimize effectiveness and your satisfaction.

Please note I only offer Vegan personalized meal plans. However, I do train clients that are non-vegan. If you’re a non-vegan, I will provide you with guidelines on how to track your macronutrients and how to build a weight loss plate, optimize your overall nutrition or for muscle building and decreasing body fat%.
