– Some basic exercise guidelines that fit your lifestyle and daily habits. (if you don’t like exercising!)
– Full 90 day exercise plan for additional cost (Should you wish to purchase an exercise program to tone up, build muscles and increase strength).
-Tips on how to overcome weight loss plateau and use different strategies/methods effectively to reach your goals.
