Ingredients
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 (80g) small frozen banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds (for healthy Omega 3 & 6 fats)
150g oat based Vegan Greek yogurt (I used Riviera brand, contains 11.1g protein, 163 cals)
2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk (for more protein, or use less for thick consistency)
