Vegan Tofu Feta CheeseCourse: Sides
Easy vegan tofu feta to add to your salads or sandwiches. If you don’t want to use store bought processed vegan feta cheese, then you’re going to love this. This tofu feta is so easy to make, adds protein and tons of flavor to your sandwiches or salads.
200g (half a block) extra firm herb tofu
1-1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white miso paste
Salt per taste
Chilli flakes (optional per preference)
- Dice extra firm tofu in small pieces. Add all the spices to a jar. Add tofu pieces, shake & store in the refrigerator overnight before adding to your dishes. Shake in between few times so that tofu soaks in all the flavor and transfer back to the refrigerator. Store remaining tofu feta in the refrigerator for up to a week. Add to your salads, wraps or sandwiches throughout the week.
