Creamy Blueberry Smoothie | High Protein without protein powder 💪

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1 (80g) small frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (for healthy Omega 3 & 6 fats)

  • 150g oat based Vegan Greek yogurt (I used Riviera brand, contains 11.1g protein, 163 cals)

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk (for more protein, or use less for thick consistency)

  • Optional

Directions
