This is the best high protein breakfast meal prep!! There is no added sugar and its made in one pan for easy clean up. This is my most famous recipe on TikTok!
Ingredients
2 cups thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)
4 ripe bananas (small to medium or 3 large)
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (optional, I used @Nuzest, you get 15% off using this link!)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/3 cup water
1.5 cups frozen strawberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or use 2 tbsp chia seeds)
- Topping:
*5 tbsp. powdered peanut butter mixed in water
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375F. Mash your bananas, add in the rest of the ingredients including 1 cup frozen strawberries, mix well. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup strawberries on top. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes and last 5 minutes on broil for some browning on top. Once cooled, add powdered PB on top and enjoy!
