Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe banana (or use 1/2)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (I used GF)

  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tsp nut butter (I used almond)

  • *Scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional but highly recommend, This is the brand I use Nuzest)

Directions

  • Mix everything in a bowl. Line air fryer with a foil paper to avoid sticking. Air fry for 6-7 minutes at 350 F. Let cool completely before removing from foil paper to avoid breaking. Enjoy!

Notes

  • *I omitted protein powder in this recipe but I highly recommend it to make a complete breakfast cookie
