Ingredients

  • For Tofu:
  • 1/2 a block of extra firm tofu (pressed)

  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha (+/-)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1.5 tsp corn starch

  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1 tbsp tamari

  • 1/2 tsp sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp peanut butter (or use PB powder)

  • Sushi Ingredients:
  • Cooked/cold sushi rice

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

  • Red bell pepper

  • Red Mango

  • Avocado

  • Air fried Tofu

  • Noori sheets

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

  • Sushi ginger

Directions

  • Cut tofu in thin finger slices shape, toss in the marinate and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 F. I usually let my tofu soak in the flavor for at least 30 minutes before air frying.
  • Prep your dipping sauce and keep aside. Cut all your ingredients in thin slices and roll your sushi with cold sushi rice. I also like to make a side of mango salad. You can find mango salad recipe here.
  • Once ready, serve with a side of mango salad, dipping sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger. Enjoy!

  • Feel free to use your favorite veggies!
