1/2 cup steel cut oats
2 cups water
1 tsp cinnamon
2 medium size carrots grated
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup plant milk (optional)
- Toppings:
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp ground Flax
Directions
- Grate your carrots. In a pot add the oats, cinnamon, water and carrots. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Make sure to Stir occasionally.
- Once cooked, add maple syrup, plant milk and combine. Top it with banana, 1 tbsp of ground flax.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other fruits or berries of your choice
