Spicy Jalapeño Hummus
1 can of chickpeas rinsed and washed (reserve Aquafaba)
1/4 cup cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin powder
1 clove of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
salt per your taste
*1/3 cup aquafaba or water per your desired consistency (+/-)
- Toss all ingredients in high speed blender and blend till everything is smooth. Enjoy it as a dip for your veggies or with your salads/buddha bowls.
- *Try 4-5 ice cubes instead of water, or aquafaba instead of water for more creamier texture.
