Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 medium size carrots grated

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup plant milk (optional)

  • Toppings:
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp ground Flax

Directions

  • Grate your carrots. In a pot add the oats, cinnamon, water and carrots. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Make sure to Stir occasionally. 
  • Once cooked, add maple syrup, plant milk and combine. Top it with banana, 1 tbsp of ground flax.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other fruits or berries of your choice
