Ingredients

  • 50g Gluten free oat flour (Use regular oats and blend in blender)

  • 25g Nuzest vanilla protein powder (get 15% off, code: slimonplants)

  • 170 ml unsweetened soy milk or any

  • 1 small banana (80)g mostly mashed and save some slices for top

  • 15g dark vegan chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350F. Mash banana, Toss everything in a bowl and combine all the ingredients. Pour in a oven proof baking dish and Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven enjoy as a breakfast or a healthy dessert.
