Quick Air Fried Peach DessertCourse: Dessert
1 fresh ripe peach
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or adjust per taste)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 -2 tbsp low fat granola (see recipe here)
*Vegan Vanilla ice cream of your choice (I used so delicious brand)
- Cut peach in half, remove seed. Air fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes. Add scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream on top or use banana nice cream for low fat version. Sprinkle some granola and maple syrup and enjoy!
- *Use banana nice-cream instead of vegan ice cream for low fat version during your weight loss phase
