Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)

  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 2 scoops of choc protein powder (Optional – Get 15% Nuzest, Code: MrsSlimOnPlants)

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup defatted peanut butter powder

  • 2 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Optional Toppings:
  • 1 ripe banana for top

  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened dark baking choc chopped in pieces or use vegan choc chips

  • 3 tbsp defatted peanut butter mixed in water per desired consistency to drizzle on top

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Mash bananas. Add everything to one baking dish and add rest of the ingredients. Give it a good mix. Add optional toppings on top except PB powder. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and drizzle PB powder on top and enjoy!
