If you crave chocolate milk shake then you need to try my delicious shake! This is also my kids’ favorite! For the kid’s version however, I add an extra Medjool date and 1 tbsp of actual nut butter to make it more calorie dense. For the adult’s one I try to keep it low fat/calories and I find just 2 medjool dates are enough. I used unsweetened soy milk in this recipe, if you want to further reduce calories, use 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup soy milk ratio or almond milk. I’m confident you’ll love this milk shake as much as we do in our house!
