Ingredients

  • 1/2 diced red mango

  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper

  • 1 large shredded carrot

  • Large handful of mixed baby greens

  • 1 cup diced cucumber

  • *1/2 cup cooked oil air fried tofu

  • quarter of an avocado (or omit during weight loss phase)

  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

  • Toppings:
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seed

  • sushi ginger

  • Noori sheet

  • Siracha

  • Sauce:
  • For PB sauce – See my Dressing 2

Directions

  • Cook tofu in air fryer or bake in the oven as per my Crispy Tofu recipe .
  • While tofu is getting cooked, chop all your ingredients and assemble your poke bowl. Once tofu is cooked, add tofu, drizzle PB sauce , toasted sesame seeds and siracha on top and Enjoy!
