ingredients

  • Dressing 1
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • salt per your taste

  • Dressing 2
  • 1 tbsp soy or tamari sauce

  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 4 tbsp PB&ME Powder (defatted powdered peanut butter)

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Dressing 3
  • 3 tbsp home made oil free hummus

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • salt per your taste

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients and pour it over your salad or store in a jar to refrigerate.

Notes

  • You can double, or triple the quantity of these dressings and store them in a jar in the fridge to use throughout the week.
