Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and washed (reserve Aquafaba)

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 jalapeno pepper

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • salt per your taste

  • *1/3 cup aquafaba or water per your desired consistency (+/-)

Directions

  • Toss all ingredients in high speed blender and blend till everything is smooth. Enjoy it as a dip for your veggies or with your salads/buddha bowls.

Notes

  • *Try 4-5 ice cubes instead of water, or aquafaba instead of water for more creamier texture.
