1 or 1/2 ripe mashed banana
1/2 cup thick rolled oats (blended into flour)
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp PB& ME powder (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1 tbsp maple syrup (or use Stevia drops)
*1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a mug. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy! Feel free to add fresh fruit or berries on top as a topping.
Notes
- *If you use stevia then add 1 tbsp of water
- *I used half soy milk & half water ratio to decrease overall calories/fat
