- Dressing 1
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt per your taste
- Dressing 2
1 tbsp soy or tamari sauce
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp PB&ME Powder (defatted powdered peanut butter)
2 tbsp water
- Dressing 3
3 tbsp home made oil free hummus
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
salt per your taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and pour it over your salad or store in a jar to refrigerate.
Notes
- You can double, or triple the quantity of these dressings and store them in a jar in the fridge to use throughout the week.
