How this program works:
1. 30 minutes call to assess your current health status, fitness level, lifestyle habits, goals, challenges, and preferences.
2. 90 days program to gain lean muscle mass and decrease overall body fat. Workouts can be done at home or gym.
3. This plan will support you with relevant educational materials, resources, and tools to empower you with knowledge and skills for sustainable behavior change. This may include articles, videos, exercise demonstrations, and educational sessions.
