Ingredients
1 cup cooked edamame
150g lupini beans (I used brami) or used canned
handful of baby spinach
2 tbsp tahini
whole head of roasted garlic (+/- per your preference)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes (+/- per tolerance)
juice of 1/2 a lemon (+/- per taste)
1/3 cup water (+/- per consistency) or can use 1-2 tbsp olive oil if not oil free
salt per taste
Directions
- Toss all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth while leaving some texture. Taste, adjust spices as needed. Serve it as a snack, inside your sandwiches or on top of buddha bowls. Enjoy!
