Healthy | Nut Free| Cheesy Vegan Parmesan.
If you or your kids are allergic to nuts, then try this healthy vegan parmesan. This vegan parmesan has healthy omega fats and is packed with tons of flavor. Add this cheese to your favorite pasta dishes, pizza’s, lasagna or salads during the holidays. This can easily be stored in the fridge to use throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp golden ground flaxseeds

  • 1/2 – 1 tsp garlic powder (+/- per preference)

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (+/-)

  • 1/4-1/3 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or adjust per taste

Directions

  • Toss everything in a blender and blend till smooth. Transfer to a glass mason jar and store in the fridge. Sprinkle on top of cooked pasta dishes or salads. Enjoy!
