Chocolate Oats (with Cauliflower rice)

Ingredients
1 cup thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1/2-1 tsp tsp vanilla extract (+/-)
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 cups water
1 tsp dark vegan chocolate chips sweetened with stevia
1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (optional)
1 cup fresh rasapberries
chocolate stevia drops for sweetness (optional)
Directions
- Add oats, water, vanilla extract, cacao powder, cauliflower rice and water to a pan. Cook on a low/medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once ready, transfer to a bowl, add stevia drops and some plant milk (optional) and mix. Top it with fresh raspberries and a tsp of dark chocolate chips and enjoy!

Notes
- Feel free to add fresh strawberries instead of raspberries to further reduce calories.
