Easy 2 minutes pumpkin spice dip to satisfy your sweet tooth.
I like to serve it fresh fruits or I also add it on rice cakes as my pre-workout snack. I just add extra half a banana on top when I add it to my rice cakes. I sometimes like to add vanilla protein powder in the mix to make it higher in protein. See recipe details below.

Ingredients

  • 100g pumpkin puree (canned)

  • 40g Powdered peanut butter + 50 ML water to mix, (I used PB2)

  • 20g natural peanut butter

  • 35g (about 2 tbsp) maple syrup (+/- per taste)

  • 2/3 tsp pumpkin spice (+/- per taste)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (+/- per taste)

  • 1/2 tbsp toasted pecans to sprinkle on top

  • Optional Add on:

  • 20-30ml water to mix protein powder (+/-) per desired consistency

Directions

  • Start by mixing powdered peanut butter with water in a bowl. Then add all other ingredients and mix till smooth. Transfer to mason jar to refrigerate for upto 7 days or serve immediately with fresh fruits of your choice or on top of rice cake. Feel free to add crushed toasted pecans on top for extra crunch.
