This is a yummy and a healthy on the go breakfast if you need it. Its crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It can also be a healthy treat when you want something healthy, quick and easy. Trust me, everyone in your family is going to love this cookie & you’d want to make this over & over! Here is how to make it 👇

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (40 g)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (60g)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (10g) (I used Nuzest, get 15% off using my links)

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • *2 tsp dried unsweetened cranberries (10g)

  • *1 tsp pumpkin seeds (5g)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (15g) (I used peanut butter)

  • 2 tsp maple syrup (+/-) per taste

Notes
