Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
1 ripe fresh peach
1/4 of an avocado (35 g)
1/2 unsweetened plain soy yogurt (or any other)
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 tbsp ground flax
- Optional Toppings
Low fat Granola (recipe here)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (get 15% off here)
Directions
- Toss everything in a blender till smooth. Toss around some yogurt with a spoon in glass to make it pretty. Pour it into glass and enjoy!
