Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 ripe fresh peach

  • 1/4 of an avocado (35 g)

  • 1/2 unsweetened plain soy yogurt (or any other)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • Optional Toppings
  • Low fat Granola (recipe here)

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (get 15% off here)

Directions

  • Toss everything in a blender till smooth. Toss around some yogurt with a spoon in glass to make it pretty. Pour it into glass and enjoy!
