Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes or use pineapple

  • 1/4 cup thick rolled oats (I used GF)

  • 1 medium size beet (peeled, use frozen or fresh)

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach (frozen or fresh)

  • 1.5 cups water (+/-) per consistency

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (or use any other kind)

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tsp beet root crystals (optional)

  • *1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional, I didn’t add any to this recipe)

  • *Stevia if desired for extra sweetness (I didn’t add any)

Directions

  • Toss everything in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy as your breakfast on the go or during Summer!
