Ingredients

  • 90 grams pre-baked sweet potato (about a quarter of a sweet potato)

  • 1 tbsp oat flour

  • *1-1.5 tsp maple syrup (+/- per your taste, I find 1 tsp is enough for me!)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • *1 tbsp water (or can use plant milk, but not needed!)

  • 1 tsp vegan dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s baking chips, dark chocolate- stevia sweetened)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in a small ramekin or mash your sweet potato first then, add rest of the ingredients. Mix really well and stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

  • *You may wish to use Stevia drops to further reduce calories.
  • *If you add plant milk, it will slightly increase the calories but I find using water works just fine with this recipe.
