Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)

  • 1/2 very ripe banana (or use 1 small)

  • 1 tbsp oil free raisins (I used Sultana brand)

  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (omit if allergic to nuts)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (+/-)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup grated carrots

Directions

  • Mash banana in a bowl, toss rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Line your air fryer with a foil/parchment paper. Pour this mixture and shape it into a cookie. Air fry for 6-7 minutes at 350 F or bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from air fryer/foil paper to avoid breakage. Enjoy!
