Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry quinoa

  • 1 tbsp cocao powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp plant yogurt (Optional, or use PB powder)

  • Chocolate Stevia for sweetener (or use 1 tsp maple syrup)

  • Mixed berries of your choice (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 small banana

Directions

  • Cook quinoa with 1 cup of water, cacao powder and vanilla extract on stove top. Make sure to stir occasionally. Once done fluff quinoa with a fork.
  • Transfer cooked quinoa to a bowl, add plant milk, sweetener and all the toppings on top and enjoy!
