Vegan Chocolate Quinoa for breakfast

1/2 cup dry quinoa
1 tbsp cocao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
1 tsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp plant yogurt (Optional, or use PB powder)
Chocolate Stevia for sweetener (or use 1 tsp maple syrup)
Mixed berries of your choice (frozen or fresh)
1 small banana
Directions
- Cook quinoa with 1 cup of water, cacao powder and vanilla extract on stove top. Make sure to stir occasionally. Once done fluff quinoa with a fork.
- Transfer cooked quinoa to a bowl, add plant milk, sweetener and all the toppings on top and enjoy!
