Ingredients

  • 2 Red gala apples (or apples of your choice)

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • 4 tbsp unsweetened plant based yogurt (I used Oats)

  • 4 tbsp Low fat granola (recipe link here)

  • 1-2 tbsp melted dark vegan chocolate chips (melt in microwave for about 40 seconds)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F. Cut your apples, remove seeds, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 425 °F for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, add plant yogurt, granola and melted vegan chocolate on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • This is Weight loss friendly dessert.
