3 Ripe Plaintains
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder (or adjust per your taste)
1 tsp Mango Chipotle seasoning (I use this) or use any other seasoning of your choice.
Salt per your taste
Directions
- Cut Plantains at an angle about 1 inch thick. Toss them in a bowl. Add all your seasonings and gently shake to mix.
- Air Fry at 400 F for about 15-17 minutes (per your desired crispiness) or bake in the oven at 400 F on a lined baking tray for 15-17 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy while fresh.
Notes
- *This is also a great snack to prepare ahead of time to carry while on the go. Plantains chips will not be crispy when cold but still taste great.
