Ingredients

  • *2 cups oats flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp plant milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup agave syrup or maple syrup

  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup semi sweet vegan chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and give it a good mix. Add agave syrup, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and plant milk to this mixture and combine.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and form cookies equally all across. Make sure to give enough space in between each cookie to allow it to rise and spread.
  • Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool completely. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • *If you don’t have oat flour, just blend 2 cups of oats in high speed blender.
  • These cookies make a perfect snack for kids lunch boxes.
