Ingredients

  • 1 or 1/2 ripe mashed banana

  • 1/2 cup thick rolled oats (blended into flour)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp PB& ME powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • *1 tbsp maple syrup (or use Stevia drops)

  • *1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a mug. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy! Feel free to add fresh fruit or berries on top as a topping.

Notes

  • *If you use stevia then add 1 tbsp of water
  • *I used half soy milk & half water ratio to decrease overall calories/fat
