Ingredients

  • *3 cups chick pea pasta

  • 3 to 4 cups water to boil pasta

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • *2 medium size grated carrots

  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp club house roasted garlic & peppers spice

  • salt per your taste

  • oil free marinara sauce

  • cheese sauce (see my Cheese Sauce Recipe

Directions

  • Boil pasta per package directions. Drain water and keep aside.
  • Water sauté your veggies with all the spices till soft, add marinara sauce if you wish and mix.
  • For extra flavor and cheesiness, serve with my cheese sauce on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • *Great ways to sneak in veggies to kids meal is by grating most vegetables. I find grated carrots work great and most kids won’t even notice its there.
  • *You can also use any other whole wheat pasta.
