Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper per your taste
1 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs ( I used whole wheat 365 brand)
- Dipping Sauce
*1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked for couple of hours)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp siracha
salt per your taste
Directions
- Cut cauliflower in bite size pieces, add the flour mixture into a big bowl, toss all the ingredients and mix in with water. Add cauliflower bites to this mixture.
- One by one coat cauliflower with bread crumbs and put them in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 400F for 20-25 minutes, tossing half way through. Once done, remove from air fryer, add your fav. hot sauce. Toss to mix in the hot sauce as evenly as possible. Transfer back to air fryer basket to air fry for another 5 mins. Serve them immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- *If you have high speed blender, you don’t need to soak cashews.
