- For Tofu:
1/2 a block of extra firm tofu (pressed)
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tsp sriracha (+/-)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1.5 tsp corn starch
- Dipping Sauce
1 tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp sriracha
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp peanut butter (or use PB powder)
- Sushi Ingredients:
Cooked/cold sushi rice
Cucumber
Carrots
Red bell pepper
Red Mango
Avocado
Air fried Tofu
Noori sheets
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Sushi ginger
Directions
- Cut tofu in thin finger slices shape, toss in the marinate and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 F. I usually let my tofu soak in the flavor for at least 30 minutes before air frying.
- Prep your dipping sauce and keep aside. Cut all your ingredients in thin slices and roll your sushi with cold sushi rice. I also like to make a side of mango salad. You can find mango salad recipe here.
- Once ready, serve with a side of mango salad, dipping sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger. Enjoy!
