Air fryer Choc Oat cookie in 6 minutes

1 small ripe banana (or use 1/2)
1/2 cup rolled oats (I used GF)
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp nut butter (I used almond)
*Scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional but highly recommend, This is the brand I use Nuzest)
Directions
- Mix everything in a bowl. Line air fryer with a foil paper to avoid sticking. Air fry for 6-7 minutes at 350 F. Let cool completely before removing from foil paper to avoid breaking. Enjoy!
Notes
- *I omitted protein powder in this recipe but I highly recommend it to make a complete breakfast cookie
