1 scoop vanilla protein powder (get 15% off Nuzest or 10% off Vedge Nutrition ) using my links
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 red gala apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp water
Directions
- Toss all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Heat up a non stick skillet and pour pancake batter. Cook each pancake one by one for about 3 minutes on each side till all the pancakes are done.
- In a bowl, Mix soy yogurt with protein powder till smooth, keep aside. Dice an apple, add to a pot with some cinnamon and about 1-2 tbsp of water. Cook on a low/medium heat till soft (about 10 minutes). Serve pancakes with soy protein yogurt on top, caramelized apples and some maple syrup. Enjoy!
