Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick cooking oats

  • 7 pitted medjool dates

  • *1/2 cup raw pecans

  • *1/2 cup raw walnuts

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/3 heaping cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/2 cup oil free raisins

Directions

  • Toss nuts, medjool dates and maple syrup in a high speed blender or a food processor and pulse. Pour the mixture onto a big bowl, add oats, raisins, nut butter. Use your hand to mix and form them into a bite size balls. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to switch out with any other nuts of your choice. Please know that will change calories/fat content.
