Ingredients
2 cups quick cooking oats
7 pitted medjool dates
*1/2 cup raw pecans
*1/2 cup raw walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 heaping cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup oil free raisins
Directions
- Toss nuts, medjool dates and maple syrup in a high speed blender or a food processor and pulse. Pour the mixture onto a big bowl, add oats, raisins, nut butter. Use your hand to mix and form them into a bite size balls. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and enjoy!
