Ingredients
2 ripe frozen bananas
1 tbsp dark vegan chocolate chips (I used Lilly’s brand, sweetened with Stevia)
7-8 Fresh Mint leaves
2 tbsp plain unsweetened yogurt (Vegan, I used Soy)
1-2 tbsp unsweetened soy milk (per consistency)
1 tsp cacao nibs for topping
Directions
- Toss all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Serve right away, add some cacao nibs on top or refrigerate for later!
