Ingredients

  • 1/2 (40g) cups thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)

  • 1 cup low fat unsweetened coconut milk (I used silk brand)

  • 1 (10g) tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (+/- adjust per your taste)

  • 2/3 cup frozen or fresh pineapple (for blending) + 1/2 cup for topping on top (about 200g)

  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes (optional)

  • *2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla protein powder (get 15% off, code: slimonplants)(I didn’t add any protein powder in this recipe)

Directions

  • Add oats, chia seeds to a mason jar. In a blender, roughly blend milk, protein powder, 2/3 cup of pineapple and maple syrup. Pour this mixture into your mason jar with oats. Add more pineapple on top and some toasted coconut flakes. Refrigerate and enjoy next morning or as a snack! 🙂
