Savory Tempeh CrumblesCourse: Sides, Salads
1 block of Tempeh (250 grams)
2.5 tbsp low sodium Tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a bowl add all your seasoning. Crumble tempeh in a big or small chunks. Mix everything well. On a lined baking tray, spread tempeh thinly/evenly. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, make sure to flip half way through. Let cool and add to your salads or make my tacos. See recipe here.
