1 cup thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp ground flax meal
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or use cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mash bananas and toss everything in to the mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
