1 cup thick rolled oats (I used gluten free)
1 tbsp oil free Sultana Raisins
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (optional or omit for lower fat version!!)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and use a spatula to combine all the ingridents. Make sure granola is nicely coated with maple syrup.
- Once oven is preheated, Spread the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then pull it out and carefully mix it and re spread it out and place back into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Once ready, remove granola from the oven and let it cool. Once fully cooled, transfer to a mason jar and store.
Notes
- Tip: Use this granola on top of any fresh fruits, or kids lunch boxes, on top of any nice creams or as a quick on the go snack.
