1 medium ripe red mango thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 small red onion thinly sliced
juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp chili flakes (or adjust per your taste)
salt per your taste
Directions
- Cut mango, bell pepper and red onion, toss them in a bowl. Add lemon juice, cilantro, chill flakes and salt. Mix and enjoy!
