Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe red mango thinly sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced

  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (or adjust per your taste)

  • salt per your taste

Directions

  • Cut mango, bell pepper and red onion, toss them in a bowl. Add lemon juice, cilantro, chill flakes and salt. Mix and enjoy!
