Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • salt per your taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro as topping (optional)

Directions

  • Rinse chickpeas & drain well. Dry them on a clean kitchen towel by gently rubbing them, this will also remove skin. Take off as much skin as possible. This will help sticking the seasoning.
  • Toss them in a bowl with your favorite seasoning & shake gently. Air fry or bake them them at 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Tossing them every 5 minutes while cooking. Serve and enjoy right away or store in a container with loosely open lid or no lid on the countertop for next day. If you cover them, they will not stay as crunchy the next day.

Notes

  • Feel free to change spices to anything you like
