1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
salt per your taste
1 tbsp chopped cilantro as topping (optional)
Directions
- Rinse chickpeas & drain well. Dry them on a clean kitchen towel by gently rubbing them, this will also remove skin. Take off as much skin as possible. This will help sticking the seasoning.
- Toss them in a bowl with your favorite seasoning & shake gently. Air fry or bake them them at 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Tossing them every 5 minutes while cooking. Serve and enjoy right away or store in a container with loosely open lid or no lid on the countertop for next day. If you cover them, they will not stay as crunchy the next day.
